B: There is too much red tape involved in getting approval.

A: Not now, the government worried that there won’t be enough rooms to accommodate the expected influx of visitors.

B: Let’s see what kind of tax breaks they are offering.

A: 어쩌면 우린 호텔 사업에 투자해야 할지도.

B: 승인을 얻는 것은 너무 많은 형식적인 절차를 수반합니다.

A: 지금은 아니야. 정부는 방문객들이 밀어닥칠 것으로 예상하는데, 수용할 수 있는 충분한방을 제공할 수 없을까봐 우려하고 있어.

B: 그들이 어떤 종류의 세금 우대 조치를 제공할지 찾아볼게요.
